Fix the MS-Windows build.

 nt/inc/sys/stat.h (S_ISMPX): Define to zero, to accommodate changes
 in lib/filemode.c that broke the MS-Windows build.
 Suggested by Andy Moreton <andrewjmoreton@gmail.com>.
